MOUNT NAMBUYUKON
Lupa Masa is a mixture of lowland and submontane forest. This place is hidden on the lower slopes of Mount Kinabalu National Park, and is 30 mins walk from Poring Hot Springs. To get there, take a Bus or taxi from KK to Ranau and then change to Poring. This place is 2.5 hours to 3 hours depending on traffic from Kota Kinabalu (KK) .

It is located at the Serinsim Substation. To go here,you must self drive or have transportation from Kota Kinabalu to Kota Marudu (around 2 hours) and then from Kota Marudu to Serinsim substation it is another 40 minutes.
Next morning, with a porter and guide, you begin climbing at 6.30 a.m. and return by 3.30 p.m.. A full day's hike!
