how to go there ? 

  • SELF DRIVE
    Can self drive from Lahad Datu, but use a good car to drive uphill
  • BUS
    Bus / Van To Tawau and ask them to drop you at Mount Silam unction

  • E-HAILING
    E-hailing is an option, but they are unreliable on your way back

ACCOMMODATIONS

Accommodation options are available near the Menara Kayangan tower and bookings are done in advance via Sabah Forestry Department. Recommended to pack  your own food.

  • Kalung-Kalung Trail (long but easy trail) : 2.5 km
  • Kayangan Trail (short but difficult trail) : 1.5 km
