SEPILOK ORANGUTAN REHABILITATION CENTRE

Kabili-Sepilok is located approximately 23 kilometers from Sandakan Airport. Entrance permit are required when entering Kabili which can be obtained from Rainforest DIscovery Centre (RDC) to access.

how to go there ?

From the airport, the drive takes about 30 minutes. If you are driving on your own follow the signage towards Sepilok, which is well-marked.

From Sandakan Town regular buses and minibusses operate between Sandakan and Sepilok. The journey takes around 45 minutes.

Shuttle Services: Some tour operators and accommodations offer shuttle services to Kabili-Sepilok.

Obtain an entrance permit and pay the required fee at the Rainforest Discovery Centre.

Return to Sepilok for accommodation after exploring Sepilok Nature Reserve.
