HOW TO GO THERE?
It is a 3.3 km trail which will take about 4 hours depending on your speed and stamina. The trailhead is located near the Kinabalu Rose Cabin Resort where hikers can go along the Aki Aki trail up towards Menara Aki Aki (Aki Aki Tower). There are rest huts and washrooms available along the trail.
- It is important to note that the trail requires a permit and a guide as it is a private property.
TRANSPORTATION
Self Drive
You can self drive up to Ranau with a good car and head straight to the trail head which takes about 1hour and 30 minutes
TAXI
Get a taxi from Padang Merdeka Bus Terminal, Bandaran. Many taxi drivers may approach you and so just tell them where you are heading they will bring you.
