You can rent a car from Kota Kinabalu and it will take you 1 hour 30 minutes to reach there. , You can just search Gunung Alab from Kota Kinabalu in Google map.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
You can take a bus that is going to Tambunan from Padang Merdeka in Kota Kinabalu. It will drop you at the base of the park and you will have a 2 km walk up to the Park entrance.
For now there's no, there is no reliable contact, best to arrive by yourself and choose your own accommodation.
