Sarawak is the largest state of Malaysia; however, it remains significantly under-visited, particularly in terms of its National Parks and islands. This is largely due to the scarcity of information available online, which is often not centralized and occasionally outdated. Despite this, Sarawak offers some of the most adventurous experiences in Southeast Asia for travelers, with many off-the-beaten-track destinations waiting to be explored. However, due to limited information, accessing these places from the interior of Baram to the interiors of Kapit can be challenging.
In this guidebook, we aim to highlight some of the most accessible and beautiful parks and islands in Sarawak, from Tanjung Datu Park to the coffee plantation park in Long Banga, and from Bakelalan to Twinhill Maludam. We hope that you will explore these new destinations and spend more time experiencing the wonders of Sarawak
